   There is an issue that would win Gov. Ben a lot of support and votes. It is Bill 11, issued to stop the thoughtless and illegal commercialization of not only Kailua Beach Park, but this potentially affects all Parks in the state of Hawaii designated for community and residencial use. The City Council voted 7-2, a near unamimous vote to support Bill 11, but this mandate by the council who heard much testimony from the Windward communities and listened, is now sitting on the desk of Mayor Carlisle who has been heard to question their vote, and consider a veto of this overwhelming vote, in favor of business development and tourism! The people of the Windward side will side with Ben Cayetano if he comes to the rescue. Just a thought. Aloha, and the best to the best for this or any other job in our government. RF
