Everyone is welcome to the Ben Cayetano Chili and Rice Community Forums!
What happens at a Community Forum? Well….. Frank has been cooking fresh Chili all day and has come early to set up the free dinner with the help of many other volunteers. About 5:30 the Gov arrives to meet and greet the guests. Music and slideshows play in the background and at 6:30 sharp, Rick Hamada takes the stage to introduce the Truth Squad…and then….the Next Mayor of Honolulu…. Ben Cayetano!
The Gov addresses the current concerns, some history and then presents his FAST solution to Oahu’s traffic problems. Wrapping up the informational portion the Gov opens up the floor for questions from the audience. The forum wraps up around 8 and the Gov is happy to meet and shake hands with supporters and well-wishers as well as graciously pose for photos.
It’s great evening and we really appreciate all the voters who take the time out of their week to come and listen.
